Beware!

Update, I can get NO help for unsubscribing to this awful app! Customer service does not respond and I cannot unsubscribe because the app crashes, yet they still charge me!
Even when the app worked my kid went through endless garbage (a lot of the time the sound not working) and never got to actually challenging tasks.
Slow and many bugs, the worst of which is that I havent been able to log in for months.
I am at a loss.
