Great but it logs out

Same as some other reviews, children love it and they learn a lot from this app. Only problem is that in past week or so the app has been login out by itself so you have to log in every time christen want to use it.

Contacted tech support and was told to try and remove then reinstall the app. Nope,that didnt fix it.
