Frozen- not only a movie anymore

In the beginning this was a great app. Now it doesnt work- at all. We continually reboot systems, try and reload the app, reload pages... nothing works you cannot get to a login page with this app. Awesome if you want to make your toddler though...

And customer service? Forget about it -there is no phone number, no chat.. theres no one to contact; you just submit your gripe to the bottomless pit of customer aggravations and pray to God you get a response someday.... I have not.
