I love this program, love the new levels that were recently added

My two year old loves the app, her favorite thing is watching the music videos

Yo complicated to navigate for kids and adults

Not up to date. Unable to pass sign up page using new I- Phone 7. No reply to emails.

Theres alot of fun, educational games for little kids and the art and animation and really pretty.

I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and they keep charging my card! Cancelling takes forever, they ask 500 times if youre sure and then the app crashes before you can actually cancel it. My kids dont play it and I dont find it useful at all. Wish I never downloaded it.

With access to all sorts of quality free apps and video games, abc mouse doesnt keep the attention of either of my kids. I thought it would be a nice step up based on all the advertising Ive seen for it, and the $7.99 monthly fee. Unfortunately it has outdated graphics and a very slow interface. It needs a complete overhaul if they expect to be relevant in the next year.

This app isnt functional without data/wifi. Since the only time my son gets tablet use is on road trips the app isnt functional for us. Make it fully functioning while offline and you have a subscriber for life! Because it is data dependent it runs show and freezes quite a bit as well. Make this a true app and not a bookmark for a webpage and youll have a product worth spending money on.

My kids are in love with it, my 4yr old is so excited she says she going to sko.

My 3 year old wasnt interested in this program. Its good for some people...just not us.

Program itself is great, app is terrible. Freezes, force closes, impossible to use. Terrible experience for my already troubled learner.

I normally love this app. Here lately the app only plays the introductory video only and doesnt let you sign in to the app (even though it says Im signed in). Once this is fixed, then the app will be great again.

Dont opening on iPhone 7, we was so excited to try this app, now I cant even cancel membership! Because when Im open it in browser it says go to app, but app not working!

Too complicated too much going on. Customer support is non responsive. Was charged monthly charge after I cancelled.
