My toddler loves this app and we play it together but it often crashes. It is too buggy for a subscription app.

Definitely worth the price!

This app has really been a blessing for my son. He has gone from not knowing how to count past 10 to counting up to 30. I am having trouble with this app. Its not showing up on my phone. Please repair this problem please. March 25, 2016 My son likes this app.

This is really great resource for kids and my 5 year old loves it. But it has some serious issues with its app on iPad as it is crushing every few seconds. I hope the developers for iPad version fix it soon.

I am a teacher/mommy and my students and children have learned so much through this app.

App takes too long to load up and kids didnt understand the layout of the home page. My kids ages 2 and 3, just werent that interested in it. They liked free apps just as much if not better.

Update, I can get NO help for unsubscribing to this awful app! Customer service does not respond and I cannot unsubscribe because the app crashes, yet they still charge me! Even when the app worked my kid went through endless garbage (a lot of the time the sound not working) and never got to actually challenging tasks. Slow and many bugs, the worst of which is that I havent been able to log in for months. I am at a loss.

My kids love this app! It makes learning fun and exciting and there is lots of variety. The price is great on a "sale" which seems to be a regular thing. I have a few complaints. This works quite well on my laptop but we usually want to use it while out and about. On my iPhone 6 the app is very inconsistent. It freezes frequently which is very frustrating. The dot to dot games are almost impossible on a phone as well. My other complaint is that when the kids are on their learning path its perfectly tailored to their age and level, but if they go into other areas on the app they get much more difficult levels which they dont understand and are frustrated with. Also, the learning path is so awesome I wish they would leave out some of the extras. Too much of a good thing is too much!!! It takes away from the most valuable aspects of abc mouse.

The app wont work on the iPad. I tried it on another iPad and had the same issue. I want my money back!!!

This app is so frustrating because it constantly freezes up. For this reason my daughter has barely used it. She prefers to use Teach Me Kindergarten ($1.99). Oh and if you choose to purchase it please note that it renews automatically. I was just billed for another year. Beyond annoyed!

The app on the iPad two keeps crashing. It is so frustrating because my two year old is in the middle of completing a lesson or game and then it just crashes. And now we are paying for frustration. I stopped using it to avoid meltdowns!!! Please get this fixed of we will have to unsubscribe very soon.

Waste of money for me and trying to cancel it they give you a hard time. They charged my account again for another year.

Abc mouse is the best learning app ever my kids love it

Ridiculous how often this app- and the website- have issues and/or crash! Forget about customer service- its basically nonexistent.

My daughter loves learning from this app but it continuously closes out on her very annoying please fix this since its not a free app you would think this wouldnt be an issue.

This app has lots of potential but it freezes up and kicks you out too much. Please fix the bugs.
