ABCmouse: Reading & Math Games App Reviews

Too many steps to take to start playing. My son has already lost interest before Ive logged in. The games are fairly good though, once you figure out how to play them. Im sure with a bit more maturity on my sons part, he is three, a bit more patience on my part, this would beach portrait a decent and fun app.

My 2 yr old is enjoying the lessons. This a great app and am sure it will only get better.

This app does not work properly. It freezes up and will not let you beyond the locked up game to continue on the learning path. I have this issue on my iPhone, my android, and my computer.

Wont let you cancel, no customer support to speak of.

This app and website is very glitchy. Its either saying offline when were not, or wont let us log in. Im done trying to get it to work.

The program seems to be fine, but the cancellation policy is shady. I signed up for the free trial, and after I canceled, I kept seeing charges on my credit card for it. I went back and more carefully canceled my account, and made sure to get it right. Just saw a charge again on my card this month. This free trial has cost me several months payment and aggravation. If you sign up you better be committed!

I tried this app for several months but my son never gained an interest in it. So I decided to cancel it. But this app makes it unnecessarily difficult to cancel your subscription. I wouldve expected this from Tidal, but not from you ABC mouse.

Love ABCmouse. Have been using it for years now.

No problems so far using his app on the iPad however you can forget about using it on your iPhone. The program will not rotate to landscape so that you can see the whole screen...and no I dont have the orientation lock on. Please fix this huge issue so that we are able to use this program the way that it is advertised, to "learn anywhere".

Works well only on newer devices. Older iPads (mini 2) its like using a phone from 2008! Sometimes it doesnt even work. And for an app that Im paying for, why do I have to constantly have to log in to a learning app? Shouldnt my child be able to use this app without having to get a parent to log in? I get the settings and other parts of the app, but not to use the thing. There should at least have a "remember my log in info". Other than those things, its a decent app for teaching my child.

Its really helping and now he was to play all the time

They refused to cancel the service and kept charging my PayPal account. I had to call PayPal and have them stop all payments. They are thieves!

Downloaded for my pre-schooler and pre-ker and its great! They love it...

The best money I ever spent my son reading level went up in just 1 week

My princess is not even two yet and she is learning from the applications and games.. She is getting it the responses correct the first try.. I cant wait to start assessments

Truly helps my 2 and 4 year old learn at their different paces.

Love all that this app has built in. My boys enjoy using it.
