The advertisement says that "cancellation is easy". But the cancellation burn is that the annual subscription is not refunded. And I promptly got a message stating that I would still have access to the app for an entire year. An app that my child absolutely hated. She only wanted to play with the coloring games. Terrible

The variety of activities is amazing and my 3 year old daughter loves it and is learning a great deal. There are some areas that I would expect to work better. For example, in the pet area, the puppy doesnt actually drink the water or eat the food...it just disappears. The animators couldnt get that right...you can imagine a 3yr old trying to understand why her puppy isnt eating the food or drinking the water. This may seem small, but for the price and popularity, I expect more.

App becomes glitchy when playing games and completing the lessons, it tends to close the app entirely, please fix bugs.

My son place many free apps that are better quality and educational. I do not recommend this app. Also, good luck trying to cancel.

On top of the interface being far too advanced for a 2 year old, they went ahead and charged my credit card immediately instead of honoring my 30 day trial offer I had signed up under. Its one of those programs that wont let you sign up completely without selecting a "future" payment plan. Now begins the battle of getting them to stop auto-billing like the other reviews say.

This app is very difficult to use for young children. It doesnt flow well. My kids often find their way of course and cant find their way back to where they need to be. They dont find the games to be very impressive either. I would not recommend this app. There are many out there that are free which I find to be much better and WAY more user friendly.

MY PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW: While this app offers positive reinforcement type learning and varied lessons at age appropriate levels, I felt the need to write this review for the very same reason as have others; this being: "making it virtually impossible to unsubscribe." My wife and purchased the year membership because for the simple fact that it stimulated our sons learning - Great! However, after 6-7 weeks of 1-2 hour a day learning, our son exhausted lessons,repeated them (because he liked them), and eventually stopped all use altogether. When the time came that I was notified to cancel annual membership (I set this myself on my own calendar), I, as evidently others, could not definitively cancel membership and was charged another whole year as a result of it. REVIEW: I GIVE THIS APP 1 STAR FOR REASONS MENTIONED ABOVE AND ITS RELATION TO CHILDREN NONETHELESS. I AGREE WITH OTHERS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

I Thought we didnt have To put in your email so that is why it is so trashy

Whenever you finish one exercise, it doesnt go to the next one. You have to go back to the menu, which is several steps back. This quickly gets tedious. My kid was gifted a 1 year subscription; such a waste of money. Much better to try 1 month first then continue if you like it. I dont recommend this at all.

This app is truly lazy moms dream. The full education package teaching them grade preparedness while being fun and entertaining.

The app wont even let me put in my sons information. As soon as I click on the blank to enter his name it completely shuts down. I have been trying this for over a week now.

When you subscribe its always instant. And it says that first month is free. So we did get into it. We have it for about 2 months now and we were charged 7.99 per month. Now we are asking them to cut our subscription and it takes almost 2 hours for the apple care to answer me. This app is such a pain in the head to cut out of your subscription. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone ever again. I was dumbfounded and promised a lot but I guess I was wrong.

My daughter is turning 4 in a month! She loves abc mouse so much. She loves the games and lessons and winning tickets! She is learning so much and has fun doing it. I love that she has a app she can actually learn from and play with ease for her age. It puts lessons based on her age range and learning capabilities! She gets excited just seeing the commercials on tv. She can play on her tablet or my phone :)

Does ABC mouse block negative reviews? Tried to leave my review & would never submit- hummm fishy. Anyway, not a lot of engaging apps although theres a ton of content. The zoo section is just poorly animated images of animals w/ paragraphs of information- over my kids (2&6) heads. One of my kids favorites are actually the letter songs on you tube (from abc mouse) but oddly enough we never once came across those songs on the app itself. Even tried to find some of the games that I saw on the commercials that looked fun, but could never find those. Disappointing for the monthly fee in my opinion. Would rather download some different things every couple months that I can hand-pick versus using abc mouse. I gave it a good long chance and wanted to cancel after a year, but husband insisted we keep it b/c one of our sons loved the hamster bowling math game and he thought they might find other engaging things, but it never happened & we easily cancelled some months later.

My son is 3/has begun speaking n reading n writing cuz of ABC. MOUSE. I began him in May and in 3 months he has excelled to amazing levels of learning. God bless you all for this has been a life changer for us all!

First, let me say that I have a great home internet connection. I have an iPad and an iPhone 6 Plus. Both of these devices rarely have issues running other apps. I dont know what is wrong with the ABCmouse app, but on both devices it locks up frequently and loads VERY slowly. Also, the "classroom" items are too hard to sort and it takes too long to find a game or puzzle that I want my daughter to play. The idea behind the app is great and my daughter loves to use it, but it is very frustrating trying constantly to get the app to work properly. Please update asap.

Im glad I made the decision to subscribe to abc mouse and download this ap to my phone. Before my daughter was playing ridiculous games, now she is playing learning games and loves it!
