This app keeps logging out by itself. Do you know how annoying it is to keep having to log in. Refund

This is the best program out there!!!

Keeps requiring you to input your entire username/password each time a kid opens the app. Horrible waste of time. I havent been happy when a kid in the car wants to open the app, then mama has to pull over and sign in to a horribly flawed app. This sign-in problem has only been about a week, but I am not happy about it. May cancel my membership if they dont fix this problem soon. Its the same on the iPhone and iPads.

Kids 3-7 love it! They beg for more & more "school ", music to a mothers ears

Warning for anyone looking to use this for their hold that doesnt know how to use a computer. It constantly logs you out and it loads extremely slow. Great app but it needs improvements.

Theres alot of fun, educational games for little kids and the art and animation and really pretty.

Seriously love this program and especially that it has an app which is so convenient for my family! Super awesome program! I like using way better than using it on a computer, it has glitches but nothing major!

1st, I hate the fact that I have to log in each and every time my 3.5yr old opens the app. 2nd, the design is just all wrong for mobile. Tiny buttons. Hard to navigate. My toddler gets frustrated and just switches to another app.

I came here just to leave a negative review showing how unhappy I am that each time my child wants to use the app, since the newest update, I have to enter my login information. Every time the app is closed, and reopened, I have to log back in. I dont mind paying $7 a month for educational games for my children. But if you do not change this feature back to the way it was by the next update I will be cancelling my subscription. Parents take note. Before you join and start paying, think of how annoying it will be that each time your child plays this app you will have to go to the iPad and log in for them. CHANGE IT BACK.

Do not use this app. It constantly logs out and has a sleazy process where they charge you on your renewal date -1 not the day after so you cant cancel on time. Avoid!

I want to love this app but if its geared toward children then it shouldnt require a login every single time my child wants to use it. Extremely inconvenient!

I love this app. Its educational and fun, and really helps my little cousin (five years old) learn more stuff. She has very short term memory so the other students in her class make fun of her. So I introduced her to this app and it helped out a lot!

This app is for kids to use please stop the constant log outs. Content is great though

Customer service is awful: refused to give refund even though app wasnt used after the trial period was over.

They keep charging despite emails that I need to cancel the account.

I am not certain exactly what my child does but I see him returning and learning more and I think that this program has something to do with that. I wish the password would save. I need to get a report.

Very annoying that you have to log in every time!!!!!! I am paying for a service and my child cant use it freely because she has to log in!!
