I entered my info, hit next, and it keeps asking me to register again. So far bad app.

Please fix Traceables immediately. This was one of the reasons why I subscribed but children cant figure out where the pen is located on the Y-axis of the cursor.

Got program to help my oldest daughter. She plays it all the time however she hasnt learned that much from it. Younger daughter wants to play all the time and is learning a ton. Just wish there was more for different learning types

We took a break from ABC Mouse but have come back. I like the learning path and age appropriate guided learning. I also like the parental controls that will allow me to customizing where my child can explore. My major complaint is that about 1 time a week it will lock up on 1 activity and my child can not progress along their learning path. Then I find them playing in other areas.

We purchased this so that our kids could use the app on their iPads. You have to login everytime you want to access the settings or parent section. There should be an option to turn this feature off. The app is feezing at lesson 7 in the book section. My daughter cant move forward. There is no way to load and read this book. Worthless. Please fix or we will have to get our money back and report to BBB.

Bugs prohibit you from completing levels.

Why do we have to keep logging in??? This is a childrens app and they are unable to log in themselves! Fix this, please or credit us back!!!

Pros: I am able to give my kids assessments to see where theyre at and then assign them specific activities to help them develop in their weak areas! I am able to have an account for each child so that they can progress along their learning path at their own pace according to their age group. Cons: I have to log back in every time we close the app, and that can be inconvenient when I need to hand ABC Mouse to my kids quickly so that I can tend to the baby.

My daughter cant go to next activities. Shes stuck on 2 activities that needs a timer. The music wont stop. Fix it before I cancel my subscription!!!! Already tried in 3 different devices!!! And logged out!!! Nothing works!!!

This has helped my daughter who has been struggling with letter recognition. I say A+

my daughter just started using this app and so far she loves it. but when we got to level 3 lesson 3, the 8th game wouldnt work. the clock would not even start and my child clicked over 200 letter B balloons. now i cant move on to a different lesson. fix it or im canceling.

The colors black and brown are not remotely true. They are more shades of gray. Are you promoting 50 Shades Datker?? Fix it. My child thinks brown and black is gray.

My son (4) and daughter (2) both tried, did not find it helpfull, especially for $8 monthly. Im trying to cancel and it keeps directing me all over the place. There are plenty of free apps which do the same thing. I hate it so much when i see false advertising.

This game or online learning class is vary cool my brother he is 5 and he did not know how to spell his name but now he does

Be warned! My daughter hardly uses their service. I have to really force her to actually open the app. I got BURNED for another year because I hadnt cancelled before they had taken my money without my consent. Dont do it.

Advertising for $ 7.99 but when I was going to pay they were trying to charge me 10.99 so I had to pay 10.99 because my child really wants it.I am not happy with this.

This is not just an educational resource; its an educational PROGRAM for kids. They learn according to their levels and are advanced through levels. They learn the appropriate skills and content they need to help them in school. Its fun for them, so theyre learning, but its not hard or tedious. They can use their ticket rewards- which they earn for the completion of every activity and at the end of lesson segments- to purchase items like pets, pet food, clothing, rooms, items for their rooms, etc. They even learn about the different kinds of foods different animals need (did you know that frogs dont drink water? They absorb water through their skin!) Kids can be kept occupied for hours sometimes (my experience) and I dont mind because in ABCMouse theyre reading or learning to read, doing math or counting, learning geography, history and science. And you have four profiles in one account, so four children can be doing theyre own different learning paths and at the same time if you have multiple devices. Really, its worth it!

This app seemed great at first but certain videos arent loading, making it impossible for my daughter to complete the level. Currently reloading the app in hopes it will correct itself. May have to cancel.

Waste of time as you open the app and its just an ad to get u to sign up for subscription. If I wanted that Id look for a non-free app. Program might be great but free app is bait and switch. Dont waste my time.
