My two-year old loves ABC Mouse. She can now count to six and do puzzles really well after using this game for only 2 months. I cant wait to see how fast she learns other things on this app.

The game is very repetitive, the same 5 activities over and over in every lesson. There needs to be more variety to keep childs interest. But the biggest problem is the game crashes and stops working a lot. The quality control seems to be very low.

I LOVE the app, but I just wish it was more guided. My son spends 90% of his time coloring pages, or messing with his hamsters and fish. He is missing out on much of the apps content. I wish I could easily restrict, from the APP, how much time he spends on certain activities.

Now I know more math then anyone ??

ABCmouse.com is an excellent resource to continue learning and practicing what the kids do at school. Love the songs, games, and structure of the lessons.

I canceled long ago last year and they have been siphoning funds from my account for six months!! What is the point of having the cancellation policy link there if you will not cancel the subscription at customers request?? I wont be subscribing to this anymore! Very disappointed with this company

And I cant get it to stop. Dont sign up. Its a trap.

We have only had ABC Mouse for a short time but it has already made a big difference in my daughter@s learning.

Have tried cancelling three times, three different ways. Via email to customer service, via the app and phone. They have charged me for 2months of use with us not even having the app. Child didnt use enough to rate app, maybe used once. But horrendous they keep charging me. Filing fraudulent charges with my cc company at this point.

My twins love ABC MOUSE. They are learning as well as playing.

Buyer beware!!! Terrible customer service and illegal business practices. Signed up during a promo period with a great deal- prepaid for a year. Have email confirmation and card statements as proof. After 3 months, they cut off our access unless we paid full price. Wasted too much time trying to resolve- their response is "oh well". DO NOT SIGN UP. We are much happier with other apps and resources, many of which are free, and provide great tools and results.

$8 a month and u cant access anything before u give credit card. I find that deceptive and thats extremely expensive unless there is something interactive warranting a subscription. In fairness I didnt see all of the curriculum.

Their customer service is horrible and its app is buggy. They will scam you for your money.

Its a great app, my kids are learning so much. The last update it keeps logging the kids out when they are done playing. I have to sign in every time they want to play. Its a hassle. Please tell me why it does this all of a sudden.

Same as some other reviews, children love it and they learn a lot from this app. Only problem is that in past week or so the app has been login out by itself so you have to log in every time christen want to use it. Contacted tech support and was told to try and remove then reinstall the app. Nope,that didnt fix it.

My kids ask for this program all the time. Worth the money

Spent 80$ on a years subscription and apple iPads wont even load the app. I want my money back!!

Even after you cancel they find ways to keep pushing charges to your accounts. They do not return money they steal from you. Disputing the charge doesnt help, asking them to stop doesnt help, even closing the accounts linked doesnt help. They manage to get the charge though - I have no idea how but Ive been trying to stop for 4 years and $222 worth of unwanted charges.

I love this app, but since the recent update, there are several bugs that are show stoppers: 1. Rather than stay logged in, you now have to enter your credentials every time you open the app. That means my child cant use the app unless I login for her. 2. A book in Level 3, Lesson 22 will not open. It freezes the entire program and the only way to get out of it is to close the app. Unfortunately you cant advance to the next lesson until all activities in the previous lesson are complete. So my daughter is unable to advance through the app any farther. If ABC Mouse doesnt fix these bugs, the app becomes basically useless, which is unfortunate since my daughter loves the content and is eager to get back at it.
