When the kids were little this app was great, but we havent used it in 2-3 years. I get an unexpected charge to renew and in order to cancel the charge I am obligated to download the app all over again??? Not a good way to go about business. Be careful about their automatic charges and renewals. Kids will outgrow this program quickly and youll still have to cancel charges every year.

Easy to navigate. My kids love collecting tickets. They enjoy content.

After spending $$$ for this app it will not allow me to go past the become a member section. Even when I tried to resubmit my payment it tells me that I am already enrolled. At this price there should not be any glitches of this sort. I am very frustrated with this. At this price I should not have to wait 24-48 hrs for a response. They should have people 24/7.

Subscribed it through iPad and stuck on login page and keeps asking to pay again. Very frustrating.

My son is learning so much through ABC Mouse!!

My two year old loves it.

My son is a few months shy of 3 and he is OBSESSED with ABC mouse! He is constantly asking me if he can "learn." We go through multiple lessons a day and when its time to get off hes in tears begging to keep learning. I recommend this program to any child no matter their learning capability or age.

This app is broken and does not let you past the subscription login page even though you just paid 7.99 for the first month. This is very disappointing. Its been three days and the customer support has not fixed anything or refunded me.

Somehow their system made three accounts for us. Three months later and $60, Im still trying to get them to cancel and or correct this error. At this point Ive contact Paypal. Good luck if you have any problems. You cant get ahold of a human.

I decided not to use this program after the 1st day of the free trial. Cancelled through the app but was still billed after trial. No answer on customer support line, so I had to contact PayPal then bank to report it. Just found out this morning that I was charged again for a service that Im not using. Beware!

Lots of great learning fun together

Our 3 year old girl has learned so much! Every day she asks for her Abc Mouse and she is always eager to show me her favorite activities.

Incredible app that helps young kids develop a lifetime love of learning.

Fun and educational. What more can you ask for.

Ive been using this for my son since he was around 2 years old. Hes learned his planets and facts about them, colors, abcs, etc. Its great he loves using it and he just thinks hes playing games. He was struggling to communicate before and it seemed like overnight he blossomed. He started talking and saying facts and singing. We were at the store and he goes Daddy we landed on the moon in 1969. And my husband and I just stared at each other in Awe and we said is that true? Lol. Its such a great tool to use. I use it too with him. Ive managed to learn new things also. I highly recommend this! Its worth the subscription.

I have three toddlers all using this as their main preschool tool. It is working. They are doing great.

My kids love it! They ask to play during the day and their learning so much. Worth the money to get a subscription.
