Seriously love this program and especially that it has an app which is so convenient for my family! Super awesome program!

Balloon pop game is not only lacking in educational value, its bugged and theres always one balloon on the edge of the screen that you cant pop even if you spent an hour tapping it (which I have because were completely stuck here at this lesson.) There isnt even a parent override option to at least forget about that lesson, mark it complete, and move on. That would help. There have been many other lesson bugs. They always stop us from progressing. Im very unsatisfied as a paying customer.

This is the best educational app for kids! I have tried a ton of different apps for my toddler but this is the one that he enjoys where he learns a lot! Its surprising how he does really well with the assessments that I bought together with the app. Really recommend it especially for homeschooling moms!

App is free but you have to pay $8 monthly.

This app is great! Great activities and print outs. I love hanging out with my daughter and working on ABC Mouse. Definitely recommend it!!

Careful because you will get stuck with monthly fees and they dont make it easy to unsubscribe. Good for Kindergarten or younger but gets old quickly after that.

I have made an account with no problem, but when I go to the learning path to put on a video, the screen pops up, but the video wont play. As a matter of fact, it wont even load. We can wait for ten minutes and it will still say at 00:00 and 0:00 left of the video. The play button does nothing to fix this also. Please fix this soon.

As another reviewer had said, I had had this app for my kids almost 2 years ago and all of a sudden I receive a payment confirmation from PayPal that they had billed me for $60! I never authorized this payment nor did I even get an email from them saying I was going to be charged! I will be complaining and I had better get my money back as my kids dont even use it anymore! Beware!!

Both of my kids love it! 1st grade & pre- k they both enjoy it.

My 4 year old grandson LOVES this app! He loves all the games and earning points to care for his hamsters.

We love the educational videos and mind development games. My kids can easily spend hours on the web site. Much better than watching regular tv or playing regular video games.

I think that it is horrible that you have to pay...

We homeschool, and often, my 4 year olds time is cut short. He asks for abc mouse every morning, and it feels so good to just be able to say yes to an app. He loves the songs and is quickly learning the things I dont always have time to teach him myself. I would recommend this app to anyone. Never glitchy, always fun.

I paid for 3 years and it says that you have to pay for three years again and I agree with whoever said that it should be easy for the parents to sign in.i feel like this app should be better and more focused and not keep crashing I sued abc mouse now its your turn

A major hassle to cancel and expensive to use. There are better apps for the money than this.

This really is an amazing app for kids. My daughter (4) has learned lots through ABC. The biggest changes Ive notice is her phonics and learning numbers. As a parent I youth her ABCs and she caught on really quick but when it came to counting she got stuck and had a hard time memorizing what the numbers looked like. Through ABCmouse she has broken through those road blocks and has really blossomed. Her pre-school teachers are constantly impressed by her and always telling how well shes doing and thats all I could ask for as a parent is for her to have to confidence to do her best.

I downloaded this app for my 3 1/2 year old son to use. We call it his mouse game. Before I downloaded this app he was on my iPad non stop. This app is so awesome that he has not used my iPad in over a week. Then today I gave it to him to try to get him to use it to learn with, after 20 minutes he gave the iPad back and told me that he didnt want to use my iPad anymore and that he didnt like the mouse game. My son hates this app, it does not teach anything. I will sum it up for anyone looking to purchase it to save you the headache. It is frustrating, and thats an understatement. You cannot simply use the app, the average number of clicks my son or I, because I try to help him; must do to get to anywhere in the app is 5-6. Thats 5-6 clicks to get to the next page that loads so he can click something else and wait for it to load, click again wait for it to load - you get the idea. It IS NOT user friendly. In short, I spent a piddly $5 on a 2 month trial and I want to ask for my $5 back, its not about the money, its the principle of the app being total garbage.

I cant even get past the become a member screen. Its been "loading" for over ten minutes now. Im willing to bet they will still charge me though!

This is one of the best gifts ever for any child. There is so much for them to do and my grandson just loves it.

Does anyone actually read terms and conditions or privacy policies before using this stuff? First issue: they can terminate your access for any reason at anytime and you wont get a refund. Not a huge issue because they are in the business of making money so it probably wont happen. Bigger issue: their privacy policy is horrendous. They install cookies on your device to allow them to track all websites you visit completely unrelated to the app. They share your information with 3rd parties. They make adults use their full name and address and claim children are safe because they only use first name, gender, and dob. Pretty easy for anyone to identify children if they have that adult information. Also, when they collect wifi, IP address, and billing information it is easy for 3rd parties to bundle and share this data for profit. Anonymous information collected separately by their software can be pieced together by third party, for profit companies that can make your information not so private. If you disable cookies, the program will most likely not work properly and no refund for you! Program looked promising, but their lack of integrity, greed, and taking advantage of people not reading these policies assuming these programs are safe is disturbing. Uninstall.
