My kids used this app 1 time and will not go on it anymore. The cancelation is just annoying cant figure it out. You have like 10 steps before you can cancel. Going to try and find a phone number and call these people

My three kids love this app! My 1 year old enjoys exploring the farm area while the older two compete to win more tickets! The music and books are a big hit too!

ABC Mouse is Awesome my 5 yr old has loved it since he was 3 and cant get enough and my 3yr old daughter loves it now too

Are there any plans in the future to make this app work with voiceover? As of current it is totally an accessible and doesnt speak.

I was sucked into this app by some fake rewards program offered by Publishers Clearing House. They say no purchase necessary to enter into their contests but if you ever win you have to complete certain offers to even be able to take advantage of the quote unquote prize. ABCmouse.com and its app is one those offers that must completed. And lo and behold if you forget about signing up youre out the $8 monthly fee they never told you theyd charge to your account. All under the guise of teaching our next generation. Its super twisted. Stay away.

Hes best educational application

This site is fantastic. I was hesitant at first but I am so glad I made the decision to go with it! My daughters love logging onto their "classrooms" and doing school :) it is very interactive and ever step on very exciting for little ones. Such a great idea!

Very very good app. Well Worth. Good for iPhone, iPad and any PC users. Kids just love it. So so much to learn.

Great educational tool

This is a great app. I use it for my 21 month old and he loves listening to the nursery songs and my 4 year old grandson loves spending time playing and learning at the same time. He loves the challenges as he likes to watch his progress. Great for both my grandkids!

Is not working on either of my iPads. Cant get past create parent profile. Not happy.

Its free to download but you have to play 29$ to use it rip off! Others learning apps are free to use

No synchronization between pc and app

My daughter enjoys this app, however I was supposed to get 30 days free which you charged me the very first day. I wrote two emails inquiring about it and no one ever got back to me. Seems a little shady to take advantage of us like that.

My 2 boys love it!

I purchased this app for my 5 year old son for $7.99/month last year. We really enjoyed doing a lesson every night together and I found it to be a great learning tool. After only a few months the monthly cost of the app went up to $10.99/month. I did not mind the increase bec I found it to be worth it as long as my son enjoyed it. However, for the last couple months it has been painfully slow loading the activities. It takes 1.5-2 minutes to load an activity which takes 15 seconds to complete. Very hard to keep any child interested at that rate. Its not our wifi as this only happens with this app and only since there was an update. Please fix this ASAP or I will cancel our subscription.

My 4 year old absolutely loves this app, and I know when she is on it I can just let her play and she is learning too. Thank you!

My son has been enjoying it very much. Sometimes things are "under construction" and not available yet. But for the most part its been great.

We first started using ABCmouse a few years ago and it was the best learning tool, I thought. My son was excited to learn through games and activities, as well as take responsibility for his virtual pets. However, over the past couple of years, hes been repeatedly disappointed and Ive been wasting money trying to be hopeful. The app and website crashes and takes forever to load games and activities before finally giving us the boot. What used to be my go-to educational app is now a money pit and it still sounds like the best thing ever when the commercial comes on the tv, but I know better now. I cant even get into the app to cancel the subscription in the parent section.
