My Grand son at age 5 recently told his mother when asked to play ABC Mouse that it “was no fun”. It might have just been the part she wanted him to experience at the time, but he was just interested in what he thought was the “fun” part. At that time it was changing the clothes on his avatar………….

We signed up after seeing the many tv ads and wanted to see if our child would be interested like he is with other learning apps. The concept is good, however the implementation is bad. Important note, create a login if you sign up otherwise you do not have a login to ever cancel it. When signing up through the App Store you dont have a log in and you cant login or access the settings in the app. To cancel I submitted several messages submitted through their web site and no response. What is really frustrating is they spend millions on advertising, but they do not have a phone number to call them. Really? Every company has a phone number to contact them and yet they only provide a web form that has been unresponsive. The good news is Apple provides away to cancel it through subscription management. The apps are slow to load and that makes it hard to keep little ones focused. The app is hard to navigate and they created too things for kids to do. Maybe its good for kids 5+? It would be better with fewer sub-apps that have to load and a much clearer direction what to do next and how to continue where they left off. I like the concept, disgusted by their customer support, and believe the app could be much better if they streamlined it.

Every time I try to get a new password I never an email. This isnt a new problem, its been over a month.

Fix the crashes!! Otherwise its excellent and worth the $$. If you cant fix them soon (using iPad 2 btw), we will be cancelling this expensive subscription. Because otherwise what is the point?!?!

Abc mouse is a great learning tool. I would recommend it!

I signed up for a 2 month trial for my toddler to see if she would like the activities and get anything out of it. She does enjoy using the app, but it crashes/quits every time she uses it. She can pretty easily figure out how to restart it, but it is still frustrating to her. For something that requires a subscription fee, I expect better. If this isnt improved by the time our trial is up, I definitely wont be renewing our subscription.

I want a refund, my subscription is worthless. My daughter cannot play. App crashes on all iOS devices I own; iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6s plus. App will not work and tech support is silent. Do not recommend!

Crashes every time my three year old tries to listen to a story. So its a waste of money and causes lots of tears.

My four year old loves this app and stays engaged!

Paid for a year of ABC Mouse for our daughter. The sign up page does not tell you that your subscription automatically renews and your card charged without your consent. The terms and conditions, written by lawyers to hide the scam, contains the statement somewhere within the thousands of words where only but a few diligent types will find it. Please beware of this all too common scam before you pay.

Downloaded the app this morning, purchased the Abc mouse 1 year membership this morning before downloading the app and I still have yet to get into the app. It has been showing the loading bar for 3 hours.. I closed out of the app, restarted my phone and it still will not load.. My son and daughter got so excited hearing the app open and I cant even get passed the loading page to get my kids info loaded so they can start playing. If Im still having trouble this afternoon I think Im going to call and have them cancel it. Very disappointed..

This app is not so great my cousin didnt learn a thing and she is 5 also it is laggy so I rate this app 3 out of 10

My toddler seems to like other free apps over this one. This app is very slow, and the graphics/colors are not as vibrant as others that she is used to. We have had it for several months and she just cant get into it.

Keeps crashing. If this keeps up, I will most likely cancel paid subscription. Please fix!

Dont believe when it says free one month trial. They still charge your credit card!

My lo loves this app but it crashes some time.

Pros: best puzzle feature (auto snap is so awesome for confidence building) Nice colors Lots of neat little things to do and a reward system for completion No Crashes! Wasnt thrown together in a day! Cons: for the quality of content that is being displayed on this very expensive iPad, it sure seems like everything takes forever to load...and it makes me not trust early learning companys ability to do any better when the content becomes more complicated... My little one will not sit through the spinning wheel between activities, causes frustration and a non desire to participate or stay around when this app is "up" Recommends: get your product working the way it should... No excuse for some of the complaints in the review of this app... Spend less on TV ad time and more on this app.... .. Maybe then you would have more than 250 reviews

Between me and ABC mouse my daughter is "this" close to reading. :) She is 3 and can count and recognize written numbers (1,2,3 not yet one, two, three) up to 40. Knows both upper and lowercase letters A-Z and so much more. With the latest update the app is working once again, Yes we can do ABCmouse on the comp but my little one prefers the app because she could play abc mouse independently on it. I highly recommend this program for your own family.

We have been using this app on our ipad for years. It started off great, but now is slow. A lot of times its too slow for my little ones to maintain interest. It would be great if we didnt have to wait 60 seconds or more for each page to load after pressing a button.
